Occupancy Surcharge: Additional guests surcharge: All above rates are based on a 8 person standard occupancy. Add $45 per person/per night for additional guests.

Arizona State Transient Tax (Motel Tax): Please add 12% to the rental total which includes the cleaning fee.

Reservation Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure reservations. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is widely available and recommended if one wants to provide cancellation insurance. Payment can be provided through Paypal or other such cash transfer services such as Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. Call our office to make a reservation and make one of the mentioned cash payments. Travel insurance is widely available and recommended if one wants to provide short notice cancellation insurance.

Check in Time: 4:00 PM or later (keys in lockbox)
Check out time: 10:00 AM

Damage and Cleaning Deposits: A $500 damage is required to be paid in the final payment. Any additional cleaning fees will be deducted from the deposit and the balance refunded after departure and home inspection. A cleaning charge of $450 is to be paid for minimal cleaning (the renting party cleans the house and leaves it in the same condition as found with the exception of the last nights linens and towels). Should the house require major cleaning from party sizes over the standard occupancy of 10 persons, an additional $150 will be withheld from the damage deposit for hiring additional cleaning crews to get the home ready for the next renters, who may be coming a few hours after you depart. Parties will be responsible for damages above the deposit amount in the event of accidents or other such incidents that cause damage exceeding the damage deposit.

Pets:  Sorry, no pets are permitted due to allergies of our renters and family. Alma Del Sol advertises that it is fur and dander free of residing pets, etc.

Disabilities:  We are sympathetic to the needs of the disabled, but unfortunately, the building’s design is not disability qualified due to different levels of floors and bathroom design, etc.  However, we honor all current applicable disability laws that may be in effect.

No Smoking is permitted except on outside decks, etc. Any evidence of smoking inside the home will be cause for forfeiture of the damage deposit.

Special events: Weddings (no larger than 20 persons and no dancing), All such events, from small to medium size groups require permission from Alma Del Sol. An additional cleaning charge of $150 is added to the standard cleaning charge and policy, along with a refundable damage deposit increase of $500. There is also an event charge depending on the nature of the event and size of the party to be determined by Alma Del Sol. All extra provisions for such an event must be arranged and provided by the renting party.
