Studio De Saguaro is a lovely two story studio apartment with it’s own entrance and private hot tub under the stars. The second story is a sleeping loft over a small living room, kitchen and spacious bathroom. The view from the loft overlooks the surrounding mountain ranges with the view from the patio facing the Tucson Mountains and adjacent Saguaro National Park. This provides a breathtaking experience of the Sonoran Desert, along with a brilliant star gazing from the hot tub patio.
The studio has AC and heat with comfortable beds and an entertainment system, including a TV with commercial channels and Netflix movies. Solar systems are used for utilities to keep this an environmental experience.
The downstairs has a cute fully equipped kitchenette with a living room and dining area. This room has a day bed with trundle and a futon couch, both turning into beds should you need additional sleeping areas.
This is a perfect place for a romantic get-a-way or for those looking for a desert experience outside the hustle and bustle of the city, but only a short drive to the downtown and 4th Ave districts where most of the city social life takes place.
For the outdoors lover, the studio is a 5 minute drive from the Saguaro National Park visitor center and an additional 5 minutes to the world renown Arizona-Sonoran Desert Museum. There are many wonderful hiking trails at the national and county parks adjacent to the property.
While perfect for a single traveler or couple, it can accommodate 6 with it’s additional beds. It’s often rented out with the larger 4 bedroom home, Casa Del Sol, for large groups and family reunions.
