Deposit Instructions
Thank you for choosing Alma del Sol for your visit to the heart of the Sonoran Desert in the beautiful Tucson mountain range and Saguaro National Park.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservations (In the event of short notice and the time period has elapsed beyond the 15 day full payment date, full payment is then required).
This can be paid in a few different manners depending on availability and convenience:
- Call Alma Del Sol at (520)883-2256-Office with credit card information. Mastercard and Visa cards accepted.
- Use PayPal (a web based credit card system) to deposit the amount into the e-mail address: marshcolley@gmail.com
- Please contact us for a wire transfer or direct deposit to our bank account.
Please include contact information such as address and telephone numbers of the party renting Alma Del Sol so we can contact you. In addition, please give us contact information of a person we can contact in the event of an emergency while you are staying at Alma Del Sol.
Please read the rate and rental information pages at our website for information regarding rates and required deposits.
In making this reservation you agree to be responsible for the care of Alma Del Sol and will leave it in the same condition as you found it. Furthermore, the renting party agrees to be financially responsible for any damage or loss resulting from their stay. Your stay at Alma Del Sol falls under the Arizona’s rules on short term rentals and not under landlord tenant agreements. You are considered a guest of Alma Del Sol and not a rental tenant and are subject to the rules of such.
Additional information, including a map from the airport to the rental and that of metropolitan Tucson, if traveling by car, will be provided with the reservation confirmation.
