Studio De Sonora is usually not available during high winter season, since it’s the master bedroom suite of the larger Casa Del Sol and Casa Grande Del Sol rentals. However, if your rental request falls within a week of your arrival, please call our office at (520)883-2256 to book the rental on short notice if it’s available.
Daily Rate: $195 (2 day minimum)
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New years and the Tucson Gem Show-1st two weeks of February All such holidays Saturday to Saturday.

Additional Fees and Information
Cleaning Fee: $75
Occupancy Surcharge: Additional guests surcharge: All above rates are based on a 2 person standard occupancy. Add $60 per person/per night for additional guests.
Arizona State Transient Tax (Motel Tax): Please add 12% to the rental total which includes the cleaning fee.
Reservation Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure reservations. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is widely available and recommended if one wants to provide cancellation insurance. Payment can be provided through Paypal or other such cash transfer services such as Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. Call our office to make a reservation and make one of the mentioned cash payments. Pets: Sorry, no pets are permitted due to allergies of our renters and family. Alma Del Sol advertises that it is fur and dander free of residing pets, etc.
Disabilities: We are sympathetic to the needs of the disabled, but unfortunately, the building’s design is not disability qualified due to different levels of floors and bathroom design, etc. However, we honor all current disability laws that may be in effect.
No Smoking is permitted except on outside decks, etc. Any evidence of smoking inside the home will be cause for forfeiture of the damage deposit.
